You could hear the bike long before you could see it. There was a rumble in the air that matched the storm clouds gathering in the distance and when you turned to look where it was coming from, Evan appeared in the distance riding his Victory Hammer. The sound was aggressive and beautiful at the same time. We got our first couple of sets done before the storm clouds finally arrived and dropped about a weeks worth of rain in half an hour. While we sheltered, we talked about bikes and photography and once the rain passed it gave way to some beautiful skies and clean light. We might have ended up a bit wet arounf the edges, but what biker doesn’t expect to get caught out by the weather from time to time!
As Evan rode away and I contemplated the 45 min drive home, I once again wondered if there was some way to strap all the camera and lighting gear to my own bike so that I could ride to location shoots rather than having to take the car! Lol
A big thank you to Dalmore Distillery for allow us access to their fantastic location.
